Please retain your proof of purchase and follow the warranty guidelines included with your device to ensure smooth processing of any warranty-related claims. Refer to your device documentation for specific warranty terms and conditions.

Additional Warranty Information.

Serial numbers for delivered products are recorded electronically. A warranty certificate is provided upon the customer's request.

The warranty period begins from the date indicated on the proof of purchase. It is essential to retain this document. If you do not have this document, please contact us with the serial number, and we will be glad to assist you.

Warranty coverage and obligations do not apply to:

- Products with expired warranty periods;

- Products damaged due to improper storage or operation;

- Products showing evidence of unauthorized repairs or third-party intervention;

- Products with damaged, unreadable factory markings (model, batch number, serial number, etc.) or warranty seals from the manufacturer or supplier;

- Products with mechanical damages;

- Products damaged by fire, flood, or explosion.

Warranty obligations do not extend to:

- Software;

- Damage caused to other equipment used in conjunction with this product;

- Compatibility of this product with third-party hardware or software, including issues related to system configuration and driver installation;

- Consequential damages. The company is not responsible for any damages related to the use or inability to use the purchased product, including loss of profits, interruption of business operations, loss of data, or other losses.
