Payment Terms.
The payment policy applies to all entities and private located in the EU.

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 12 PM CET (Central European Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CET or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order.

To Order
Products labelled "To Order" are sourced from our manufacturer's or supplier's warehouse. Typically, delivery takes approximately 6 to 10 business days, either from our Tallinn warehouse or directly from the supplier. Please be aware that delivery dates and quantities can sometimes be subject to sudden changes by our primary supplier.
