X-PHY Guard – Internal SSD with AI-Embedded Hardware Cybersecurity.

The X-PHY Guard utilizes AI-driven behavioral analytics to identify cyber threats based on read/write patterns. When an anomaly is detected, the firmware triggers an immediate lockdown of the drive. It can only be unlocked via a companion mobile application, which requires both a password and a one-time passcode (OTP).

All stored data remains encrypted using robust AES-XTS 256-bit hardware-based encryption, providing a foundation of security that operates independently of the host operating system.

Key Features of the X-PHY Guard Cyber Secure SSD:

• Ransomware Protection. In the event of a ransomware attack, altered data access patterns are recognized by the AI engine. The firmware locks the drive, preventing malicious encryption.
