Supporting FIDO2 and U2F protocols, it adds an extra layer of security to traditional password-based authentication by using cryptographic verification. With this key, users add robust protection to their online accounts, safeguarding against phishing, hacking, and unauthorized access to cloud accounts.
The ePass FIDO2-NFC Plus key enables passwordless authentication in web applications, allowing users to log in without entering a traditional password. Instead, the token itself becomes the authentication factor, with access granted through a user-set PIN.
