The latest generation of encrypted external drives, diskAshur³, establishes a new benchmark in data security. Equipped with cutting-edge technologies and fully compliant with TAA standards, these drives offer exceptional protection for sensitive data. Access to data is securely managed via a PIN code entered through the built-in keypad.

The diskAshur³ supports three advanced hardware encryption modes: AES-XTS 256-bit (default), AES-ECB 256-bit, and AES-CBC 256-bit. The iStorage diskAshur³ provides robust protection against brute-force and BadUSB attacks through innovative firmware validation. Additionally, all electronic components are encapsulated in tough epoxy resin, hindering physical tampering attempts. The secure microprocessor is Common Criteria EAL 5+ certified.

Access is managed through a wear-resistant keypad (8 to 64 digits) that prevents detection of patterns from frequently pressed keys. The drive also supports separate administrator, user, and one-time recovery PINs.

• Self-Destruct Feature. Entry of a specialized Self-Destruct PIN instantly triggers the permanent deletion of the encryption keys within the secure microprocessor.
